TERMS AND CONDITIONS


General

1. These Terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate, and should be read together with our agent’s terms or regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the official ticket agents (Eventbrite). Your possession of this ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.  

2. “Adventure Cinema” “Us” “We” “Our” means Adventure Cinema Limited and/or its representatives, employees and subcontractors.‘Event’ means the individual film screening the ticket applies to, starting and ending at the stated times when purchasing the ticket. 

3. We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any and all reasonable instructions given to you by Event staff and stewards and you may be refused admission or evicted without a refund if you fail to comply.

4. These T&Cs are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and We will notify you by posting the amended T&CS to the Adventure Cinema website. If you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms. 

5. Adventure Cinema shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the event howsoever caused (including by Us and Our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of Our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.

6. These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

Ticket Purchase and Entry

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

2. The ticket grants access to the specified event only. Adventure Cinema reserves the right to refuse entry if a valid ticket is not presented. 

3. Tickets are solely available from the authorised e-platform Eventbrite. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused.

4. No under 16s will be allowed entry to an Event unless they are supervised (for the duration of the Event) by an adult or adults. It is the responsibility of the adult(s) to determine the correct ratio of supervising adults to children, taking into account the age, needs and abilities of the children, the nature of the event and any applicable guidelines (for example, the NSPCC’s guidance on supervision levels for safeguarding children and young people and relevant healthand safety guidelines for educational visits). Adventure Cinema will require supervisors to remove children if, in Adventure Cinema’s sole opinion, the children are causing a disturbance or creating unacceptable health and safety risk to other ticket holders and people present at the event. 

5. All films are rated by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), and customers must be above the required age rating for the film they are attending. Proof of age may be required upon entry. Any ticket holders attempting to gain entry to a film classified above their age will be denied entry with no refund option to them or to any other ticket holders who choose to leave with them. 

6. With the exception of ‘Premium’ tickets, no ticket comes with a selected seating area. Customers are advised to arrive early to ensure a space close to the screen. Viewing areas for all Adventure Cinema events are designed to ensure no customer is sat further than 90m from the screen. 

7. Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the point of sale.

8. Unless advertised, the ticket does not provide access to the rest of the venue including, but not limited to, the house, gardens, additional grounds or anything else unrelated to the Event. 

Event Details and Changes

1. Event details, including venue, date, and film selection, are subject to change. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. 

2. In the event of a postponement or cancellation on the day due to adverse weather conditions or any other reason, Adventure Cinema will contact ticket holders via email and text message. It is the responsibility of the ticket holders to ascertain whether an Event is going ahead.

3. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. 

4. If an Event is cancelled with no rescheduled date, refunds will be issued by Adventure Cinema. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process.

5. Personal arrangements relating to the event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and Adventure Cinema shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund. 

6. We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the Event in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority. 

7. “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond Adventure Cinema’s control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. Adventure Cinema will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under the conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure. 

Weather Conditions

1. Adventure Cinema events proceed in most weather conditions. Ticket holders are advised to dress appropriately.

2. In cases of severe weather where an Event cannot safely proceed, Adventure Cinema will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer refunds where applicable.

3. All communications regarding the weather and potential postponements will come via text or email with the lead ticket purchaser. If there has been no communication then the Event is going ahead. 

Conduct and Behaviour

1. Adventure Cinema reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Anti-social behaviour, including excessive noise, intoxication, or damage to property, will not be tolerated.

3. Ticket holders are responsible for their own belongings. Adventure Cinema accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.

4. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited within the crowd at all events, a designated smoking area will be provided. 

Food, Drink, and Prohibited Items

1. Outside food and drink policies vary by venue; attendees should check the specific venue section of the Adventure Cinema website in advance. 

2. A search operation is permitted to be in effect at all events. Bag or customer searches will only be carried out by licensed SIA event security.

3. Prohibited items include illegal substances, glass containers, fireworks, and any items deemed dangerous by event staff.

4. Adventure Cinema has a No Drugs Policy regarding the possession, use or sale of illegal drugs. This includes Nitrous Oxide and all other products banned under the New Psychoactive Substances Act 2016. 

5. External food and beverage providers may be present at Events. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for any allergens or dietary requirements before consuming any food or drink purchased on-site. Adventure Cinema is not liable for any allergic reactions or food-related issues arising from third-party vendors. 

6. Camping gas stoves, BBQs or any other fire source is strictly prohibited at all Events.

7. Challenge 25 is in operation at all bars. License holders retain the right to refuse service to anyone they consider to look under 25 and who does not hold valid ID.

8. Accepted ID includes: photographic driving license, proof of age card with PASS hologram or a passport. Photocopies will not be accepted. 

9. No trading or promotional activity is allowed within the site without Our prior written consent. 

10. Adventure Cinema ‘Snacking Treat Bags’ consist of all pre-packaged snacks. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for allergens on the snacks or there is a full list on our FAQs.

Accessibility

1. Adventure Cinema strives to ensure accessibility at all venues. However, facilities may vary. Attendees with specific accessibility requirements should contact Adventure Cinema in advance. 

2. Assistance dogs are welcome at all events. No other animals, including emotional support animals, are permitted.

3. Deaf, disabled or neurodivergent event goers unable to attend the Adventure Cinema event without the support of someone else can attend with a Personal Assistant (PA). PA tickets are awarded where an individual’s needs are so significant or substantial that, without support, they would not be able to attend the Event. The support needed must be in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family/friends already accompanying you and must be due to disability-related needs.

4. PA tickets are provided to the access customer at no extra cost. 

Liability and Disclaimer

1. Adventure Cinema does not accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items), injuries or illness sustained at this event - other than caused as a result of our negligence. Attendance at this Event is at your own risk.

2. Adventure Cinema may prosecute you if you cause damage to the venue, the site infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person or their property at the Event and/or site.

3. Climbing onto any structures at the Event is strictly prohibited and Adventure Cinema will not be responsible for any injuries sustained as a result. 

4. Adventure Cinema is not responsible for third-party services or vendors operating at events.

5. Warning: exposure to loud sound systems may be damaging to your hearing. 

Car Parking

1. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Adventure Cinema will not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused.

2. Blue badge holders must purchase a car park ticket. Display your blue badge clearly in your windscreen and speak to a parking steward to be directed to the blue badge parking areas (where applicable). 

3. Any vehicle left on site more than 24 hours after the event has ended may be removed and scrapped. All reasonable efforts will be made by Adventure Cinema to locate the owner and remove the vehicle before this takes place. 

Photography and Media

1. By entering the event site you agree to grant Adventure Cinema permission to use your image in any publicity, marketing or promotional materials.

2. Filming and Photography is allowed throughout the event site for personal use, we ask that you do it respectfully and to observe data protection law. Photography and filming for commercial purposes can only be undertaken with the prior written approval from Adventure Cinemal and you must not sell any photography or moving images from the event for commercial or other gain.

3. Anyone using cameras or filming equipment (including all mobile devices) is expected to be courteous to their fellow attendees, and ask permission before taking any up close shots.

4. Permission from a parent or guardian must be granted before photographing any children.
