No access is permitted before the gates opening time listed on your chosen show.

Event Location

Screenings take place on the lawn, near the Pavilion Bar and Grill. Please follow directional signage and steward’s directions. See the event location on Google Maps here.

We recommend entering via Lion Gate on Kew Road (TW9 2DF), opposite Lion Gate Gardens, for the easiest access.

For evening screenings, the exit will be through Pavilion Gate onto Kew Road (all other gates will be closed).

You can only access the event location at the time of your screening, please check the gates opening time listed on your chosen show.

We strongly recommend using public transport, taxi or travelling on foot where possible.

There is no designated event car park available, guests can make use of nearby public car parks and pay and display options. 

Please note that Kew Gardens' car park near Brentford Gate will be closed during the evening screenings.

Accessibility: The event is held on flat ground with short grass and has accessible toilet facilities on-site. Please speak to our friendly stewards if you require any assistance. Please note that there is no parking available and no fixed drop-off point on-site.
